Our monthly Suburb Snapshot is designed to give you an overview of how far $650,000 or less could take you in the current Auckland real estate market.
Every month the sale of a home in the New Lynn, Te Atatu South, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu and Glenfield is profiled.
It’s true that many of the homes aren’t dream homes, but they’re in pretty good central suburbs and there are options out there for under $650,000 (this month two sold in the 500’s).
Sales information includes reports of sales made by most real estate agencies and has been sourced by Barfoot & Thompson.
